My Story
Hi, I'm Paweł Maksymczak.
I've spent over 25 years inside the IT industry — not watching it from the outside, but building things within it.
My path started with Assembler and C/C++, evolved through years of Java freelancing, and eventually led me into project management and senior business roles at some of the world's top IT professional services companies.
Along the way, I picked up something most people in this space don't have: genuine experience on both sides of the table — as a builder, and as a business leader.
That dual perspective is the foundation of Powermind Contractors.
I know what a CTO needs when a critical project is at risk. I know what a senior engineer expects before signing a contract.
And I know how rarely those two worlds are truly bridged — with honesty, technical credibility, and respect for everyone's time.
That's exactly what I'm here to do.
