​Hi, I’m Pawel Maksymczak, and I’ve been in the IT industry for over 25 years.
My journey started long ago with Assembler, C/++ and for several years, I worked as a Java freelance developer 🙂.
Over time, I transitioned through project management, and more business roles, gaining a well-rounded perspective on the industry.

For over a decade, I had the opportunity to work in business management positions at some of the best IT professional services companies in the world.
